We offer 10+ Listing Appointments a month and the coaching and training for you to get the listing signed! Skills You Have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You exhibit high energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, confidentiality, resourcefulness, self-motivation, self-discipline, and proactivity.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage a lead pipeline is a plus.
• Self-motivated to make phone calls during the day as well as schedule in person property showing to prospective clients.
• Ability to handle and overcome objections and negotiate transactions.
• Experience qualifying phone system/software leads is a plus.
• You are a team player who is eager to “jump in” when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Go to scheduled listing appointments and provide prospective sellers with pertinent market information about their local housing market and educate the sellers on the Roman Balandin Realty strategic marketing plan.
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the buyer’s agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
• Oversee and follow-up on showings with clients and buyer’s agents.
• Schedule and coordinate open houses for potential buyers.
• Maintain continual contact and follow-up calls with listing client to review Weekly Seller’s Report.
• Record productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings.
• Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market.
• Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.

Qualifications:

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a licensed Real Estate professional with 2+ years of experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
